Additional Skills

I am an active member in my local Cuidiú branch in Dublin South East. I am a trained and active Cuidiú Breastfeeding Counsellor.  I am currently our branch Breastfeeding Representative.  I am training as a Cuidiú Parent to Parent Supporter. I have sat on National Breastfeeding Panel for a term.  I also am a member of the National Maternity Hospital Patient Voice Group.

I live in Bray with my partner Mark and our girl Juno.  I am an active and passionate supporter of women on their journeys, wherever they might be currently on their path.   After I had my little girl in 2011 a whole new world of motherhood opened up before me, and fundamentally changed how I viewed the world around me.

I have long dreamed to train as a Doula, having first had a conversation around it in 2011.  The timing was right recently and I am now a Dona International trained Birth and Postpartum Doula.  I have trained in-session with Tracy Donegan and Mary Tighe, and Ann Grauer respectively.

I am also trained as a Bereavement Doula having completed Grief and Pregnancy Loss online training with Amy Wright Glenn.

To be entrusted to support, nurture and care for a Mama and her family is a privilege which I will never take for granted.
