Tara is a Birth Doula and Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Childbirth Educator, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Baby Bonding Practitioner, Birth Trauma Resolution Practitioner and mother of three children, based in Galway city.
Tara is passionate about new parents having the support, information, tools and space they need to feel calm and confident, to make the informed choices that are right for them – throughout pregnancy, birth and their transition to parenthood.
